ESG and Regulatory Reporting
We are committed to actively participating in enhanced disclosure of sustainability issues, opportunities and to maintaining a high standard in all aspects of reporting and corporate governance.
Evolution’s ESG reporting aligns with the principles of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and the United Nations SDGs.
Our high levels of transparency have been recognised by key ratings agencies including the Dow Jones Sustainability Index Australia, and resulted in an upgrade to an ‘AA’ rating from MSCI (the highest rating among global gold mining peers) and ratings of 1 and 2 for Environment and Social categories respectively by ISS whereby a rating of 1 is the highest rating (best) and 10 is the lowest rating (worst).
The Evolution Mining Board is committed to following the corporate governance guidelines and recommendations set out by the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (ASX Guidelines).
